Just as the Watchmen did in November 2011 for Officer James Capoot with the Vallejo P.D. in California (close to our Diablo Mountain Chapter), all the chapters stepped up again and collected money for the family of another fallen law enforcement brother, Deputy David White with the Clay County S.O. in Florida (close to our Jacksonville Chapter) who was killed in the line of duty in February.  We sent $500 along with a letter from our club with our sympathies to Mrs. White.  With this club being 100% sworn, we not only recognize the heroism of these men, but we also respect the spouses and loved ones and what they deal with while we work and the strength they keep if something were to happen to us.  These gifts are just small tokens to let them know that they will always be in the LE family and to keep fighting the good fight.

IT'S OFFICIAL

As of 03-12-12, the Jacksonville Chapter was voted in as full members of the Watchmen LEMC.  The Wake County Chapter came down today and personally delivered our colors.  We are very proud of what we have earned and to now be true brothers in the Watchmen Nation.  However, this is not the end of the journey... only the beginning!!

Daytona Beach Bike Week

The Jax Crew had a great time riding down to Daytona Beach during the 71st annual Bike Week.  Awesome weather, good times, clowning around, hanging with the bros and just enjoying the fun of it all.  We needed a stress free day off and we got it.

Winter Ride

The Jax Crew took advantage of Monday's holiday and we all jumped on our bikes.  We rode over to Gainesville and enjoyed the beautiful Florida winter weather.  Once the sun was out and the clouds disappeared, we warmed up and had a great time.  Thanks to the 3 officers that joined us and learned more about what the Watchmen MC is all about.

Flying our Tabs

After receiving our front tabs on Friday, we all met up at the local leather shop Saturday morning as soon as they unlocked the front doors to open.   The tabs were sewn on within minutes of us buying our new vests.  The weather was not cooperating, but that did not slow us down or stop these brothers from hitting the road as a Prospecting Chapter of the Watchmen MC.  We rode two hours through Jacksonville and into Georgia.  We stopped for lunch at a B-B-Q place (Southern Soul) featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives.  The food was awesome!
